Online 1 on 1 kettlebell coaching
You saved the flow. You never built the base.

SHREDDED IN
100 DAYS.

One kettlebell, and a hundred days of complexes built in the order your body can actually hold them. I coach the whole chain, hips through grip, instead of one muscle at a time, and I correct every set you send me. I am Coach Luka, and I coach one on one, online.

You have the bell. You have saved about forty complexes off your feed and you can hold maybe four of them. So you swing for ten minutes, feel almost nothing the next day, and drift back to the machines. That was never a discipline problem. Nobody ever gave you the order to build them in, and a complex you cannot hold is a video, not training. Watch this before you save another one.

WATCH THIS BEFORE YOU APPLY

How the hundred days is structured, and why you start at 5-5-5-5 even if you have been lifting for years

If that is where you are right now, apply below. I read every application myself. Tell me which bell you own and what keeps breaking down, and we set the consultation up from there. Nothing is owed on it, and nobody asks you for a card.

COMPLEXES, IN ORDER

You start at 5-5-5-5 and earn your way up. Rows, swings, cleans, thrusters, then the longer chains. The order is the product. A complex you cannot hold teaches you nothing, however good it looked

ONE BELL IS ENOUGH

One kettlebell and a patch of floor. No rack, no machines, nothing you have to book. If a second bell turns up later we use it, and until then nothing in your hundred days is waiting on kit

I COACH THE CHAIN

Spiral line, deep front line, arm lines. I train the connections that move force through your hips, spine and shoulders as one system, which is where your weak links are actually hiding

SAVE AND TRAIN

You film the set, I send back what to fix. One on one, with me, not a junior on my behalf. Saving it was never the hard part, and that is exactly why forty saved complexes changed nothing

You are not buying anything here. You send the form, I read it myself, and we set up the consultation from there. If I do not think I am the right coach for you, I will say so instead of taking you on.

Everyone can sell you a workout

20+ LIVES CHANGED.
NOT ROUNDED UP.

That is the number on my own profile and it is staying there until it is wrong. What sits behind it is not a secret programme. It is the same order every time: build the base, connect the chain, then earn the flows. Most people online run that backwards and wonder why nothing sticks.

SPIRAL LINE

It stabilises the body in all planes through its double enclosing loop. In plain terms, it is what holds you together the moment you rotate under load, and it is the first thing to quit.

DEEP FRONT LINE

The deep line through hips, core and spine. Train it properly and your bracing stops being something you think about. Skip it and this is where every weak link you own is hiding.

ARM LINES

Shoulders through to grip. This is where force either arrives or leaks, and a bell tells you which within about three reps. You cannot fake a clean when the line is broken.

Coordinate the hips, core, spine, shoulders and arms as one system and the strength shows up where you actually use it: when you accelerate, decelerate, rotate, change direction and absorb contact. That is the whole reason I coach chains instead of body parts.

Everyone says they are ready

READ BOTH COLUMNS.
BE HONEST ABOUT YOURS.

I coach one on one and I write every correction myself, so I read every application before I take anybody on. Read both columns before you fill anything in. I would rather you tell me now than find out in week six.

WHO THIS IS BUILT FOR

  • You want to be lean and genuinely strong at the same time, and you will give it a hundred days instead of three weeks
  • You own one kettlebell and you have somewhere to swing it. A garage, a park, a corner of a gym. Which one it is does not matter to me
  • You will start at 5-5-5-5 even though you have already saved the advanced flow. The order is not me being cautious, it is the entire reason this works
  • You will film the set and send it. Technique is most of the result with a bell, and I cannot fix a thing I never see
  • You will tell me the honest week, including the one where you trained twice and ate badly. That is the week the plan actually needs changing

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR

  • You want the flow from the reel in week one. You will get there, and you will not get there first
  • You want a PDF and no contact after it. The programme is not the product. The correction on your set is the product
  • You want to be shredded by the end of the month. I am not selling you a fortnight of starving and neither should anyone else
  • You want a group chat and one plan shared round it. This is one on one, and the person on the other end is me
  • You will not film anything. Then I am guessing at your technique, and you are paying me to guess

“Build strength. Connect the chain. Move better. Perform better.”

COACH LUKA

One form, then we set the consultation

IF THAT IS YOU,
APPLY NOW.

I coach one on one and I write back on every set myself. That is why I read applications instead of taking everyone who asks, and it is why the form is the only way in.

Eight questions, about two minutes. No payment details, not here and not on the form
The form asks what keeps breaking down. That answer is what I build your first block off, so write it properly
If I read it and I am not the right coach for you, I will tell you that

I read every application myself. If you are not a fit, I will tell you that too.

Still deciding?

THE FIVE REAL QUESTIONS

No. Starting clean is easier than unlearning, and almost nobody arrives able to hold a real complex. Week one is a row, a swing, a clean and a thruster, five reps each, and most of it is you learning where the bell should sit. Never having touched one is a normal answer on the form, not a disqualifying one.

Tell me on the form what you already own and I will write the first block to that. One bell is the starting point, and the progressions I use move the reps, the rest and the complexity long before they move the weight. Buying a heavier bell in week one is usually the wrong purchase anyway.

You will find out inside one round, and that is rather the point. Strong people are usually the ones whose chain breaks first under rotation, because they have spent years loading muscles in straight lines. If it genuinely is too easy, you move up in the same week. Nobody is kept at the bottom to make a programme look longer.

Yes, and most of what I post is filmed on a mat with one bell for exactly that reason. A garage, a park or a corner of a room is enough. What I need from you is somewhere you can swing without hitting anything and somewhere to prop a phone, because the set you film is what I coach off.

A hundred days is the block, and that number is on my profile rather than invented for this page. The rate belongs in the consultation, after I have read your form, because I would rather answer it against what you need than print a number at a stranger. What I can tell you now: applying costs nothing, and the form asks for no card.

You already know what the saved folder did

SAVED IS NOT
TRAINED.

Check the folder. Forty complexes in there, maybe four you can hold, and not one of them in an order that builds on the last. That is not a motivation problem and it never was. Nobody was watching the set, so nothing got corrected, so the same weak link is still there a year later.

A hundred days, one bell, and somebody on the other end who tells you what your last set actually did. That is the whole offer, and it is the only thing that has ever separated the people who changed from the people who kept saving. The application is two minutes. That is the only filter here.
